Dining Room Manager:
The Dining Room Manager manages the
front of the house. The Dining Room
Manager is responsible for all functions
of the restaurant including guest
relations, management, supervision of
front of the house staff and staffing
levels, quality of food and beverage,
scheduling as well as financial
responsibility for the operation.
Tasks:

Initial interview of hosts,
hostesses, servers, bussers and
bartenders, including initiation
of offer paperwork. |

Training of dining room
personnel and maintaining
records of personnel performance |

Scheduling of front-of-house
personnel |

Daily shift responsibilities,
including opening or closing
cash handling, etc. |

Reference daily information to
show personal touch concerning
guest with follow up calls for
problem reservations, and issues
related to dining experience. |

list for front of house staff. |

Line Cook – We couldn’t survive
without great line cooks. You’re the one
that prepares the great food we serve at
Fay’s. This is a fast paced work
environment so you must be a good
natured, highly motivated individual
with the ability to create great food!
Experience in sauté, oven and pizza
preparation is desirable.

Bartender - You are the host of the
bar! You must be friendly as well as
good at preparing and serving drinks and
food to guests at the bar and filling
drink orders for servers in the
restaurant. Other duties include keeping
the work area clean and assisting in
ordering, stocking and maintaining
adequate levels of bar supplies.

Server – You are the key to
providing Fay’s customers with wonderful
service so that they fully enjoy their
dining experience! You must have a

memory, and excellent communication
skills as you are the link between our
guests and the kitchen.

will meet and greet new customers as

are responsible for seating them at
tables or in the lounge, as well as

Bus Person/Take out – You are needed
to assist in providing excellent service
to our guests by removing dishes and
clearing tables. You ensure that the
dining room and service areas are clean,
stocked, and visually appealing. In the
takeout area you will provide customers
with their packaged food orders while
completing their payment process. This
is a fast paced work environment so you
must be good natured, highly motivated
individual with the ability to take
direction from managers, servers and
other restaurant team members to provide
smooth operation of the restaurant.
