FAQs

  • This will always depend on the type of event. For event where guests have eaten earlier in the day we recommend allowing for approximately half to two-thirds of a pizza per person. For events where pizza will serve as the main meal, we suggest catering for between two-thirds and a whole pizza per guest.

  • We will always prepare the full number of pizzas ordered. If it appears that not all pizzas will be eaten within the agreed serving period, we will cook and box the remaining pizzas towards the end of service. This allows guests to take them away or continue enjoying them later in the evening as well as reducing food wastage.

  • We’ve find buffet style works better for private events; this is where we have a table and serving broads and fresh pizza is constantly being served. This is a more social, faster and people are rushed to eat. However we are happy to talk through both options to get your event right for you!

  • Unfortunately we only bring the amount of dough that’s been ordered. Our dough takes 24 hours to ferment and this also limits food wastage.

  • Yes! If you’re having a buffet style event we will provide.

  • You can choose 4 pizzas for your menu in total. If you wish to have a personalised pizza of your choice we’d be happy to accommodate your request.

  • Day-to-day we don’t serve gluten free, however we can offer gluten free as an option for private events. Please note that we can’t guarantee it’s celiac friendly as the environment works with regular flour on other days. We can also offer vegetarian and vegan options too and will state prior to the event if nuts are in use.

  • If it’s raining a buffet table can be set up inside the venue and pizzas can be brought through. This will mean a slightly slower service but everyone will be out of the rain! Alternatively we can set a gazebo up and serve under there.

During the summer months, we can operate with or without the gazebo and just the buffet table.
