FAQs
How much pizza will i need?
This will always depend on the type of event. Events where most guests would have eaten earlier in the day, we recommend allowing for approximately half to two-thirds of a pizza per person. For events where pizza will serve as the main meal, we suggest catering for between two-thirds and a whole pizza per guest.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE ORDERED TOO MUCH?
We will always prepare the full number of pizzas ordered. If it appears that not all pizzas will be eaten within the agreed serving period, we will cook and box the remaining pizzas towards the end of service. This allows guests to take them away or continue enjoying them later in the evening as well as reducing food wastage.
Should we go for buffet style of whole pizza per person?
We’ve find buffet style works better for private events; this is where we have a table and serving broads and fresh pizza is constantly being served. This is a more social, faster and people are rushed to eat.
What happens if we run out on the day?
Unfortunately we only bring the amount of dough that’s been ordered. Our dough takes 24 hours to ferment and this also limits food wastage.
Do you provide plates and napkins?
Yes! Also if there’s any leftover pizza we will cook and box up for you.
How many pizzas can we pick?
You can choose 4 pizzas for your menu in total. If you wish to have a personalised pizza of your choice we’d be happy to accommodate your request.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR SPECIFIC DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
Day-to-day we don’t serve gluten free, however we can offer gluten free as an option for private events. Please note that we can’t guarantee it’s celiac friendly as the environment works with regular flour on other days. We can also offer vegan friendly pizza options too and will state prior even if nuts are in use.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT’S RAINING?
A buffet table can be set up inside the venue and pizzas brought through, this will mean a slightly slower service but everyone is out the rain!
DO YOU HAVE TO HAVE A GAZEBO?
During the summer months, we can operate without a gazebo, using only the buffet table setup. However, in wetter conditions, a gazebo will be required to ensure service runs smoothly.
WHAT EVENTS DO YOU CATER?
We cater all types of events from weddings, corporate to parties the list is endless. If you want to discuss your event please get in touch and we’ll do what we can to make it work.
CAN WE CONFIRM FINAL NUMBERS CLOSER TO THE DATE?
When booking, we’ll ask you to confirm your initial pizza quantity so we can issue the deposit invoice. The final balance will be due two weeks before your event, at which point you can confirm your final guest numbers. We’ll then update the invoice accordingly to reflect any changes.
HOW DO WE SECURE THE BOOKING AND FINALISE DETAILS?
To secure your booking, we’ll just need a few details from you so that we can issue a 20% deposit invoice. Once the deposit has been received, your booking will be confirmed. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event, at which point we’ll also ask you to confirm final details such as timings and menu choices (if not already provided).
OUR VENUE REQUIRE YOUR H&S DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE CERTIFICATES?
We provide comprehensive Health & Safety documentation, including all relevant risk assessments and our Public Liability Insurance certificate.
HOW LONG ARE YOU ON SITE?

Our standard service duration is two hours; however, this can be adjusted to suit your event requirements. Please note that a minimum spend applies.
